Can’t Charge

  • The ring indicator lights are not responding, and the buttons are not responding either.
  • The battery charging port is misaligned.
  • Use twin charge station to charge B2, B2 ring light is on, indicator light is not on (please check the two contacts in the middle of the battery first and wipe them clean. If it still can’t charge then use USB to charge or discharge to see the phenomenon.)
  • Other phenomenon

Send this information to email address to contact our after-sales customer service for assistance. The warranty period for products sold through our channels is 18 months. After our inspection, we will arrange a replacement within the warranty period.
