Please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Use the cable provided and connect it to the port on B2.
  • Step 2: Connect the other end of the cable to the port on Quest 2.
  • Step 3: Observe the charging indicator light on Quest 2.

If the charging indicator light on Quest 2 is orange, it indicates a fault with the headstrap connection cable. ( The battery is still good and can continue to be used. )
