Can the BOBOVR head strap fit in the official QUEST2 suitcase?

Our elite head strap (M1 models) fit easily into the official QUEST2 carrying case. Our halo head strap (M2 model) will be a bit larger overall so it can fit into our C2 suitcase.

Are the side straps of the BOBOVR head strap easy to break?

This is not allowed to happen. Our side straps have been upgraded several times and have been tested torsion and bending. Under normal circumstances, there will be no breakage. At the same time our products support up to 18 months after-sales support. You can use it with confidence.

What is the main difference between the BOBOVR head strap and the official QUEST2?

How much battery life can a B2 battery pack add to the QUEST2?

Our battery pack has a capacity of 5200mAh. Under normal circumstances, a battery pack can approximately double the battery life of QUEST2, depending on the operating efficiency of the device.

How is the B2 battery pack fastened to the head strap and will it fall off?

Our head straps with battery packs will all have a base for placing the B2 battery pack. The B2 battery pack is attached to the base by a strong magnet. We have tried violent movements and shaking, but we can’t shake the B2 battery pack off the base.

Can my existing head strap be upgraded to a battery version?

How long does it take for a B2 battery pack to be fully charged?

The B2 battery pack supports 5V (2.6A) charging input, and can be fully charged in about 2 hours under normal circumstances. If you use our twin charger station to charge one B2 battery pack, it will take about 2 hours to fully charge, if you charge two B2 battery packs at the same time, it will take about 3 hours to fully charge both B2 battery packs.

The C2 carrying case supports external splash-proof and dust-proof entry, but it is not recommended to be completely immersed in water, and the gap between the zippers may penetrate the water. At the same time, the appearance is wrapped with 6.5mm thick EVA material, which can effectively resist drop and impact.

What headbands can the C2 carrying case hold?

At present, the C2 carrying case can easily accommodate QUEST2 and PICO4, as well as most headbands on the market, as long as the height of the headband is less than 15cm (6 inches), it can be put in. (Currently only found that DAS headband is not supported)
