When will the order placed on the official website be processed?
Normal orders will be checked by the system within 24 working hours after placing the order and pushed to the relevant department for processing and packaging. Outbound delivery will be arranged within 1-2 working days, and you will receive a delivery notification email.

How are orders placed on the official website shipped?
Our shipping process is
1/ The goods are uniformly distributed by the headquarters to the transit stations in various countries
2/ The goods are sorted and processed by the transfer station, and arranged to be delivered to the local logistics company
3/ The item is on its way to its destination
Your package will be arranged and delivered by the transfer station. If the local transfer station is temporarily out of stock, please don’t worry. The headquarters will arrange the delivery to the local area in time. The whole process takes 15-25 days. The specific time is subject to the delivery time of the logistics company. .

I ordered more than one item on the official website, will they be delivered at the same time?
We try to ensure that all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together as different shipping options are available depending on the product. Once the item ships, you will receive a shipping notification email.

How to track order logistics information?

Once the item is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email so you can track the status of the shipment.

Can I change the delivery address after the package has been shipped?
We are very sorry, once the order has been pushed to the transfer station for processing, we cannot change the shipping information.

International duties and tariff charges?
International orders may be subject to local charges.
Customs policies vary widely, and duties or import taxes are charged once the order reaches the destination country.
Therefore, unfortunately, BOBOVR is not responsible for any additional charges. Please be aware of any additional charges your local customs may charge before placing your order, as we cannot mark your international order as a package bypassing customs.
