What is the process if I want to return a product?


We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel the order, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order once the product has already been shipped.


We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To request a refund, you will need to ship the goods to your local returns warehouse at your own expense.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. How long will it take to receive my order? What is the shipping process?

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the world every day, and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

The delivery time frame for an order is divided into two parts:

1. Processing Time: Within 10-14 calendar days. Packages are sent from Chinese warehouses via international logistics.
2. Shipping Time:
- Default Logistics: 10 to 15 calendar days.
- Note: This is an estimated shipping date, not a delivery date.

Orders Shipped from the Chinese Warehouse

When you place an order, a waybill number is created first. This indicates that your order has entered the shipment arrangement sequence. After the warehouse and production department receive the waybill number, they will pack and prepare the shipment. This process takes some time. The logistics company will then pick up the packaged products, which will enter their shipping system for weighing and verification. This also takes a few days. Once verification is completed, the shipment will be arranged, and the shipping trajectory will begin to update. It generally takes about 3-7 days from creating the waybill number to completing the verification. After verification, international shipping takes 10-15 days. Please be patient during this time.

Shipping to certain remote areas may take longer, so we appreciate your patience.

Orders Shipped from Various Warehouses

If our various warehouse locations have inventory, tracking information will generally be available within 1-3 days. If the warehouses are out of stock, accepted orders will enter a pending status. Shipment will only be arranged after the goods arrive at the warehouse.

What is your warranty policy if the product I purchased has a quality issue?

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by BOBOVR are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

BOBOVR’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.

Quality-related warranty claims on purchases made through BOBOVR’s authorized distributors and retailers are handled through BOBOVR.

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available; otherwise, a new item will be sent.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe as the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.


- Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
- BOBOVR must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.
- The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required.
- It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.

Valid Proof of Purchase:

- Order number from online purchases made through BOBOVR or BOBOVR’s authorized resellers.
- Sales invoice.
- Dated sales receipt from an authorized BOBOVR reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price.

Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of the address to which the item was originally shipped).

Warranty claims for product defects expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe or 30-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:

- Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.
- Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
- Buyer’s accidental returns.
- Returning personal items.
- Returning items claimed to have defects but found by BOBOVR quality control to be in working condition.
- Returning defective items in international shipping.
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).

Not Covered Under Warranty:

- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen products.
