A simple guide to choosing a Quest 3 charging dock based on whether you need to charge the headset, controllers, and B100 battery together.
First, decide what you need to charge
- Just the headset? Any basic dock or the stock cable works.
- Controllers always dying? A wireless controller dock keeps them topped up between sessions - no battery swapping.
- The whole kit - headset, controllers, and a battery pack? If you use a battery strap, you will want one dock that charges everything in the same spot.
The BOBOVR D3 - headset, controllers, and battery in one
The D3 charges your Meta Quest 3, its controllers, and a B100 battery at the same time, up to 45W. The controllers charge wirelessly with the G3 Plus grips still on, so there is nothing to unclip.

Match the dock to your battery
The D3 charges the B100 battery (S3 Pro / E3 Pro). It does not charge the B2 or BM60 - those use their own docks. Check which battery your strap uses before you buy.
