30-Day Return Policy
- Cancellation: We provide full refunds for orders cancelled before they're shipped or produced. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Returns: You can return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Include a receipt or proof of purchase. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping to our returns warehouse. Note: We're not responsible for issues arising from freight forwarding or reshipping services.
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send an email about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your payment method within a few days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund hasn't arrived, check your bank account, and contact your credit card company or bank.

- BD3 (Dock Only): Features a desktop-style simple design that can simultaneously charge 3 B100 batteries.
- BD3-C (Dock + 100W Adapter & Cable): Includes the BD3 dock plus a 100W USB-C adapter and cable for a complete charging solution.
