30-Day Return Policy

Cancellation: We provide full refunds for orders cancelled before they're shipped or produced. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Returns: You can return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Include a receipt or proof of purchase. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping to our returns warehouse. Note: We're not responsible for issues arising from freight forwarding or reshipping services.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send an email about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your payment method within a few days.

The B100 battery requires the B100U upgrade kit to be compatible with the M1/M2 plus series and M3Pro/M3mini. Please check the B100U upgrade kit.

Brand new B100 battery system: Compared with B2, while the volume remains unchanged, the cell capacity is increased from 5200mah to 10000mah, the battery capacity is increased by 92%, and the weight is only increased by 28%. Thanks to the higher output efficiency, the available capacity is B2 2 times;
Using high-precision BMS chips from Texas Instruments, it can accurately calculate the available battery power and transmit it to the load end to provide 1-100% battery display;（The battery pack itself comes with 4 LEDs for quick battery level checking.）
Built in multiple temperature sensors and protection switches, real-time detection of temperature at different internal positions, significantly reducing working temperature compared to the previous generation of products;
Enhanced services: If you are willing, we offer an additional fast charging dock BD3, supporting 30W fast charging power. It can charge up to 80% in 1 hour, providing 3 hours of usage (the slow charging provided by the battery pack itself takes 4 hours, requiring more charging time due to nearly doubling the capacity compared to the B2).

Excellent Service, Fast Delivery. Am 8.5 bestellt ( in China ) am 10.5 durch Amazon Lieferservice (in Deutschland ) zugestellt. Bei Amazon.de nicht verfügbar also auf der Homepage von BoboVR geschaut, Zahlung per PayPal, absolut akzeptable Lieferkosten (€1,95) und ab da über jeden Schritt per Mail informiert worden. Ich nutze den B100 am S3 mit meiner Quest 3. ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Headstrap und ich liebe den Luftzug des Ventilators bei schweißtreibender VR Action. Die Laufzeit des Akkus ist phänomenal und jetzt hab ich zwei und kann ganze Tage in VR verbringen. I love it!

Hatte total übersehen, dass es sich hier um 2 x 5000 mAh in Reihe handelt. Sorry, Sorry. Ganz klar mein Fehler. Die 1 Sterne Bewertung bitte löschen. 14 Tage Lieferung wurde angekündigt, aber schon in wenigen Tagen waren die Akkus bei mir, gut verpackt. Nochmals Sorry, Sorry für meine Dummheit.

It's simply a battery and it lasts quite a while! Just as advertised. Only thing is that one of mine has it's plastic damaged within it's second use but it's only visual damage, still works fine. Still would highly recommend!
