- Cancellation: We provide full refunds for orders cancelled before they're shipped or produced. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Returns: You can return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Include a receipt or proof of purchase. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping to our returns warehouse. Note: We're not responsible for issues arising from freight forwarding or reshipping services.

Very comfortable, allowing me to wear the headset longer without getting uncomfortable. Doesn't hurt my cheekbones with pressure like the stock Meta interface always did. The light-blocking nose fabric is a little odd in that it seems like you must fold it down so that it doesn't get too close to your eyes during use. The way I put on my S3 Pro strap would always cause the nose flap to rise back up into to an annoying position, so I just removed that part. I still prefer being able to glance down around my nose at my phone or hands when I need to instead of having to remove the headset.

I love bobovr for there comfort and price but this product is not for me ..hurts the bridge of my nose from even short playing....I will still buy bobovr products but this one is not for me ...it was worth the money to try ....

The flap of material takes a minute to get used to and I had to readjust the way I wear my headset. Once I got it setup right I really like this piece. I love the blackout inside the headset.

If still online, please ignore my older review, the tracking from iMile was confusing: at first they delivered the package to a wrong address, apparently sent back, and 11 days after delivered at the right address!
This facial interface is definitely more comfortable than the stock one, the more i use my quest 3,the more my face feels more relaxed due to the lack of pressure (or at least reduced by 90-95%!) and, especially with the fan on, there is less sweat when I remove the headset.
I suggest to try this product with and without the nose flap and the fan of the S3 Pro, be careful to set the correct orientation, or your nose could feel more pressure

I expected the air flow to be greater than what was provided so I was disappointed. For those of us that sweat drips off of when playing it didn't make a big difference than before. still with the head band.
