- Cancellation: We provide full refunds for orders cancelled before they're shipped or produced. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Returns: You can return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Include a receipt or proof of purchase. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping to our returns warehouse. Note: We're not responsible for issues arising from freight forwarding or reshipping services.
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send an email about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your payment method within a few days.

Not really that happy with this facial interface.
The plastic nose thing broke the first day, but was anyway obtrusive. The pad has sharp corners at the Velcro side which are scratching my face.
The added cooling vents idea just doesn't work.
Returned back to the original Meta silicone one.

I gave this product 4 stars because overall it’s a good facial interface. The depth adjustment with the side dials is much more convenient than on the original Quest 3 interface. The interchangeable padding materials are also a big plus since they’re washable and therefore more hygienic.
On the downside, it tends to unclip a bit too easily, it’s easier to sweat with this interface even with the ventilation of the S3 Pro head strap turned on, and the airflow holes create light reflections when the surrounding environment is very bright.

Smaller facial interface than competitors (light bleed noticable), but certainly more comfortable than competitors. The bridge of my nose feels less strain with this one. A good compromise for comfort!

Great one, switched from AMVR and its slighly more comfortable.
Finally blocks light near nose.
One thing to note - not the problem of this mask, but if you want to use THIS with charging dock it wont work.

Not very breathable. Better off buying a more breathable interface and use a fan instead. Material sticks to skin and causes sweating.
