30-Day Return Policy
- Cancellation: We provide full refunds for orders cancelled before they're shipped or produced. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Returns: You can return items within 30 days of receipt, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Include a receipt or proof of purchase. You'll need to cover the cost of shipping to our returns warehouse. Note: We're not responsible for issues arising from freight forwarding or reshipping services.
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we'll send an email about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your payment method within a few days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund hasn't arrived, check your bank account, and contact your credit card company or bank.

Use the front and rear knobs to switch between Halo Mode and Elite Mode. Halo Mode helps shift support to the forehead and back of the head to reduce facial pressure, while Elite Mode creates a closer, more secure fit for fitness, rhythm games, and fast movement.
- BM60 Magnetic Hot-Swappable Battery System
Built with 2 x 3250mAh cells, BM60 provides 6500mAh capacity at 3.6V. In powered-off charging tests, one full BM60 charged Quest 3S from 1% to about 95-100%, or Quest 3 from 1% to about 86-92%. Actual results vary.
- Smart Battery Display and Alerts
The display shows battery percentage and power output at a glance, helping you manage longer VR sessions with more confidence. Low-battery beeps at 15% and 10% help you know when to recharge.
- Fast Charging Dock Included
Recharge BM60 with the included fast charging dock or USB-C cable. Pair with a compatible USB-C PD charger, BM60 supports up to 18W charging and can fully recharge in about 2 hours. Charger not included.
