F2-Glue Problems/Velcro Not Fit

Please provide the following information:

  1. Product photos.
  2. Order invoice containing the order number and product information.

F2-Can’t Charge/Noise

If F2 charging does not respond, the indicator does not light up, and it does not charge. Or the F2 fan itself has a certain level of sound flow. If the sound becomes louder over time, Please provide the following information:

  1. F2 charging video.
  2. Order invoice containing the order number and product information.
  3. Your recipient’s name, shipping address, postal code, and phone number.

F2- Can’t Use

If you are experiencing the following problems with your F2:

  • Unable to operate.
  • It can be used while charging, but once the charging cable is unplugged, it cannot be used.

Excuse me:

  1. When the switch is set to 0 and the charger is plugged in, what is the indication of the indicator light?
  2. When the charger is plugged in and the switch is set to 1, what is the indication of the indicator light and the fan?
  3. When the charger is unplugged and the switch is set to 1, what is the indication of the indicator light and the fan?
