If it’s Plus series, please provide the following information:

1. Product photos.
2. Order invoice containing the order number and product information.
3. Your recipient’s name, shipping address, postal code, and phone number.

Send this information to our email: support@bobovr.com. The warranty period for products sold through our channels is 18 months. Once we have inspected the items, we will arrange a replacement M2plus without battery within the warranty period.

You can also keep your current head strap, and if needed, you can follow the repair video and steps provided below to fix it yourself. There is no need to return it to us.

• Step 1:  Remove the screws (first remove the decorative cover screws, then remove the front shell screws)
• Step 2:  Remove the front shell
• Step 3:  Remove knob, ratchet and gear (knob can be removed from either side of the projection, may need to force)
• Step 4:  Rearrange the rack order (replace the lower rack to the upper rack, and make them symmetrical)
• Step 5:  Install gears
• Step 6:  Install the ratchet and knob combination (load the ratchet into the groove of the knob according to the schematic mode)
• Step 7:  Butt knob assembly and gear (there will be a click when butt is successful, and then you can turn the assembly is complete)
• Step 8:  Install the front shell (place the groove side on the tooth side of the upper rack), and screw (screw the front shell first, and then screw the decorative cover)
