Clean PU Pads

Usually, we recommend to use clean water to clean PU leather, but if you want deeper disinfection, please use 70% concentration of medical alcohol wipes to wipe, after 15 seconds, please use water to wipe clean again. (Because alcohol stays on the surface of PU leather for too long, it will cause the aging of the leather)

Clean Silicone Pads

It is recommended to soak in water and rub it, put it in a cool place to dry naturally, it will automatically rebound and restore its shape

Buy Pads/Long Top Strap

Sorry, but currently, we do not offer separate purchases for replacement pads (silicone pads/long top straps).

Pads Damaged

Please provide the following information:

  1. Product photos.
  2. Order invoice containing the order number and product information.
  3. Your recipient’s name, shipping address, postal code, and phone number.

Send this information to our email: support@bobovr.com. The warranty period for products sold through our channels is 18 months. Once we have inspected the items, we will arrange a replacement pad within the warranty period.
